Returns and refunds

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of the day on which they take physical possession of the goods, under the conditions of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014.

How to request a return

Send a request to contact@amavo.ro, stating the order number, the products being returned and your contact details. You may also use the withdrawal form below. We will confirm receipt of the request.

Conditions and exceptions

The products must be sent back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the decision to withdraw is communicated. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Statutory rights concerning non-conforming or defective goods are not affected.

Cost of the return

The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping, except for products delivered in error or not as described, where the cost is borne by AMAVO. Products should be sent to: Cosmetics Market SRL, Str. Pădurii nr. 66, Sc. A, Et. 1, Ap. 6, 400428, Florești, Cluj, Romania.

Refund

We refund eligible amounts, including the cost of the original standard delivery, within 14 days at most of being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until proof of dispatch is provided, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
