The AMAVO store is operated by Cosmetics Market SRL, VAT no. RO51876715, with its registered office at Str. Pădurii nr. 66, Sc. A, Et. 1, Ap. 6, 400428, Florești, Cluj, Romania. Contact: contact@amavo.ro, 0752 481 247.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. The delivery cost and the payment method are shown before the order is completed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors and to contact the customer before processing.

Formation of the contract

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute final acceptance; the contract is considered concluded when dispatch is confirmed or when we expressly confirm the order.

Products and use

Product information is indicative and does not replace the advice of a doctor or dermatologist. Read the ingredients and the instructions for use before using a product; stop using it if an adverse reaction occurs. Results may vary from person to person.

Delivery, returns and complaints

Delivery and return conditions are available in the dedicated policies. Consumer rights provided by law are not affected. For complaints, please contact us first at contact@amavo.ro.

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The content of the store may not be reused without the consent of the rights holders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is settled amicably or by the competent courts, in accordance with the law.
