1. Card payment

Pay online on the checkout page by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and others), Google Pay or Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; your card details never reach us.

2. Bank transfer

After placing your order you will see the IBAN and payment instructions on screen and in your confirmation email. Write your order number in the transfer details. We ship once the payment reaches our account.

3. Cash on delivery

Pay for your order directly to the courier upon delivery of the package.

We deliver products throughout Romania via fast courier services.

Delivery time

• Orders placed on working days are processed within 24 hours.
• We deliver via SameDay; your parcel arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
• You can choose delivery to your address or to an easybox / Sameday Point. Both cost 20 lei and are free for orders from 300 lei.

Order confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase details. After dispatch, you will receive the necessary tracking information for your package.

Package inspection

Please check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging or issues with the delivered products, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Right of withdrawal within 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without additional costs, except for the costs mentioned in point 4 (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).

The 14-day period starts on the day on which you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products. If an order contains several products delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

2. Exception: unsealed cosmetic products

Under art. 16 (e) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

In practice, you can return any sealed product (film, seal or cap intact, packaging unopened). An unsealed product can no longer be returned under the right of withdrawal. This exception does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (point 6): a defective or non-conforming product can be claimed at any time within the legal period, even if it has been opened.

3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Inform us, before the 14 days expire, by an unequivocal statement, for example an e-mail to contact@amavo.ro or a letter to the address above. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of your request by e-mail without delay.

It is enough to send your request before the period expires. You do not need our approval to withdraw from the contract.

4. Returning the products

Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, to: Cosmetics Market SRL, Str. Pădurii nr. 66, Sc. A, Et. 1, Ap. 6, Florești, Cluj County, Romania.

You bear the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Refund

We refund all amounts received, including the cost of the standard initial delivery, within 14 calendar days at most from the day we were informed of your withdrawal. We do not refund additional costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery we offer.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you have agreed otherwise, without any fees for you. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to the account you indicate. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have sent us proof of having sent them, whichever comes first.

The right of withdrawal also applies to products bought at a discount or as part of a promotion.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, within the shelf life of the cosmetic product.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, expired product or one that does not match its description, you are entitled, as the case may be, to have it brought into conformity by replacement, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund of the price. Shipping is at our expense. Write to us at contact@amavo.ro with your order number and, if possible, a photo, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
